Villas-Boas wants to bring Porto striker with him to Chelsea

Andre Villas-Boas' first act as Chelsea boss could be to bring Porto striker Radamel Falcao with him to London.

Villas-Boas is thought to be close to swapping the Porto hotseat for the top job at Chelsea, with the move expected to go through once the Blues have agreed compensation with the Portuguese champions.
The 33-year-old - who previously worked at Chelsea under former boss Jose Mourinho - is keen on bringing Porto's Colombian forward Falcao with him to Stamford Bridge, possibly as a replacement for Didier Drogba, who could yet leave this club this summer.
Falcao, 25, netted 16 times in Porto's victorious league campaign and also scored 17 goals in this year's Europa League to break Jurgen Klinsmann's 15-year-old record for most goals in one season of Europe's second biggest club competition.
